Breathe.

Now, try it again…Breathe.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh.

Sometimes I get so caught up in the business of daily life, working more than full time from home with three kids running around asking “why” about everything and focusing on business goals that I forget the most important goal of all, to feel good.

So I’d like to take a moment to remind all of my readers out there that there is one thing that most achievement gurus won’t suggest that you do, but you probably need to do it more often.  Stop and smell the roses.

Breathe.  Even if you only take 1 minute to just breathe, do it.  You can spare 60 seconds can’t you?  No matter where you are, or what is going wrong, just relax into the moment and feel the realization that no matter what, you can figure it out, you can work things out, you can feel better and have the improved life you’re working so hard for, but you need to enjoy now as well.

So take a moment with me and just relax and breathe.

Now you will be more refreshed to move on toward whatever activity you were planning on doing with this time.
