Create Your Happy Thoughts

Dance! Sing! Draw! Take Pictures! Meditate! Do whatever it takes! Create it with everything you have, hold onto it & don’t lose it. Make minor adjustments when necessary as life changes but refuse to let it go! Consider it the air you breath – it IS that important!
HAPPY THOUGHTS, they are like the air you breath. They are one of your long-term survival mechanisms – TRUST ME!
This morning, today, I challenge you to create happy thoughts!
Think nothing but happy thoughts as you push away all negativity. Now, take a deep breath with me! Relaxed a little more? I sure hope so!
This challenge is just for today, so don’t worry I’m not not asking you to change your entire life; however, that may not be a bad idea.
Go through today with me, just the two of us hoping the very best for everyone you meet no matter who they are or how they treat you. Whew… time for another deep breath. That thought (of wishing EVERYONE the BEST) is overwhelming in itself. I’m sure there are a few people, or at least one, who come to your mind instantly that you know this may be the biggest challenge we embark in together. Relax! Smile! Create a happy thought! Much better? That’s it… that’s how the day is going to go today!
Time to reveal another secret about myself to you: I am a “realistic dreamer”! What does that mean? Let me tell you… let me let you in on one of my personal secrets! Being a realistic dreamer means I have high hopes and HUGE dreams… but I create these dreams based on my own reality that I strive to have and maintain. Example: rather than sitting around dreaming/wishing/hoping I had a million dollars I dream about how I could obtain a million dollars! What do I have to do to be a millionaire? I create my dream, which in turn creates my reality! Now, the point of my secret revelation to you this morning is to let you know that you have the choice to be the very best person you want to be and you have the choice to create your own realistic dreams through creating your own happy thoughts! I dream that people I meet feel good when I smile at them and talk with them. I dream that being silly, especially with people who may least expect it, is uplifting to those who surround you! I dream that my happy thoughts, the ones I create every moment of every day, help to create ME! Through dreaming, these have all become realities! Simple as that (things are always easier said than done, aren’t they), right? Perhaps; however, creating your happy thoughts is called a “challenge” for a reason!
So… Good Morning! Enjoy the day as you conquer the world that is YOU! Challenge yourself today! We’re in this together…. ready? HAPPY THOUGHTS BEGIN!
