The Sedona Method – What it is:
For those of you who don’t know what the Sedona Method is, it is a system designed for letting go of unwanted negative emotions. It asserts that deep down, we are all happy, vibrant people and that our natural state is one of joy and happiness. The problem si that all of that happiness becomes covered in layers of negative emotions and thougth patterns. So instead of experiencing our natural happiness on a consistnet basis, we feel the negative emotions most of the time. The Sedona Method offers a simple system to let go of all the negative emotions that you may be feeling and start experiencing life at a fuller, happier level more of the time. It can be used any where any time and with any negative emotion in any moment.

These Guys are Pushing the limits…Are You?

Some people live life. They push the limits of what is possible and they push the limits of themselves. Allow me to introduce you to some of these guys.
The first is a quick video of Travis Pastrana, who will attempt a world record jump tonight, trying to jump his Subaru WRX rally car 200 feet onto a floating barge. Along with him are Robbie Maddison who set a world record in 2007, Rhys Millen, who set the record for doing a backflip in a truck, and Robbie Maddison again for jumping his motorcycle onto a building and then jumping it off of the building. These guys push the limits.
Strap Yourself to a Time Bomb to Get More Done

If you were sitting on a time bomb, could you finish every task in the time allotted?
Chances are, you could, or it would mean death. This concept can be used to your advantage, and you won’t have to strap yourself to dynamite in order to use it.
If you want to get more done in less time, you have to really put the pressure on yourself and give yourself the incentive to hurry up and get it done. Most people don’t do this with their day to day tasks and that’s often a large part of the reason that they become too time consuming.

Declutter to Relieve Stress

Clutter is a common side effect in our current consumer culture. We constantly buy more, get more and keep more. We always want more, but very rarely do we get rid of more in order to get more. In fact, most of us keep our acquisitions hoping they will continue to give us the same joy they did in the beginning. Then as our tastes change or our things have overstayed their welcome, we refuse to let them go and eventually put them into storage, or the garage to keep them for a later date when we hope they’ll become useful again. I’m guilty of this as are many of the people I talk to on a daily basis.

Get Less Done for a Better Life

I know this title may seem ludicrous, but I’m not suggesting you stop doing, and I’m not suggesting you stop achieving. What I am suggesting is that you take a break from all the stress of life and start to just enjoy your life just a little more. Take more time with your kids, your lover, your friends and enjoy this life. You only get this moment to do once, so use it wisely. Get the most important things done first, then enjoy some time doing what you love, after all, that’s why most people want more money, more time, more things, to do and have what they love.

Find the Leaks in Your Day

Ask anyone why they aren’t achieving their goals or spending their days doing what they love, and most people will tell you that they just don’t have the time. I know, I’ve always been one of these people. The problem is this just doesn’t make much sense.
If you take a moment to think about that phrase, I just don’t have time, it’s pretty obvious that we all have 24 hours in a day. The problem is that most of us don’t use those hours very effectively. Most of us waste our time messing around or if we are accomplishing, it’s usually low impact tasks.
Push Your Limits, Face Your Fears

Ask some of your peers what they have done new and exciting lately, and most of them will say no, ask them when they faced a fear last, and they probably won’t know. In fact, when was the last time you purposely broke up your routine, did something new, or pushed your own limits?
It seems we all get stuck into a routine and that’s the life we live until something shakes us up and we start to explore, but aren’t the people we admire most in this world the people who seek out adventure? Aren’t they the Entrepreneurs who took a chance and stretched the limits? If we admire people like this so much, why aren’t we stepping out and stretching our own limits?
